KENZIE~

Meet our beautiful new collie pair, Colin and Kenzie.  They have been raised together and are a bonded pair; therefore, will only be placed together.  They came to us from an owner that was forced to move and unable to further accommodate them with ample space and time.

Colin (Large Sable/White male) and Kenzie (Medium Sable CHW female) will be completely vetted to include spay/neuter, updating vaccinations, heart worm testing, dentals , microchipped as well as being tested for the MDR1 gene which is very prevalent in this breed (70%).  If you are unfamiliar with this potentially dangerous genetic predisposition to adverse drug reactions and/or the precautions owners must take when owning a dog with this gene, please read up about it.  The following link is the best source of information. Adopting a collie (and more so a pair of collies) is a grand commitment we do not want a potential new family to take lightly.  Therefore; if you are not able to provide them with the extensive socialization, grooming and exercise that they require (but more so deserve), please do not apply.
